This is taken from the ground looking up at the bottom of the van near beneath the driver side firewall area, The hose that is looped 180 degrees. Dark part is chewed through.
Not knowing what year and motor...I would guess that it is part of the EVAP system hose pieces. Do you have a check engine light illuminated on the dash when driving?
