I need to replace my inner tie rod on my 05 T&C touring. I looked everywhere including calling the dealer and they claim inner tie rods are not available? What is up with that. I really don't want to pay for an entire rack just for a tie rod end, seems a little stupid [:-]

 

I don't find a removal procedure in Hayne's/Chilton's and I seem to remember reading that they aren't removable without special tools. This would probably be why no one stocks them. Please let us know what the final fix turns out to be.

 

You have to change the entire steering rack.
Maybe in 5 years you can get an aftermarket inner tie rod end, but unlikely.
