Question interior light problem ( help)

i have a t reg 3.3 grand voyager and having a problem with the interior lights.

they can be turned on and off when pressing the lights themselves,
but wont come on when a door is opened, the door ajar light comes on the dash but no interior lights,
the fuse under the bonnet is fine and have checked the relay inside the car that i was told could be at fault, (bottom row, far right)

The BCM contains the driver circuits for interior lighting. Try pulling the IOD fuse in the PDC for 2-3 minutes to reset it.

In your fuse box under the hood. If you can't find it just disconnect the negative battery cable for 2-3 minutes.

May not apply but if I rotate my lights dimmer control on my 96 all the way down past the detent my interior lights won't come on when I open a door. It activates what Chrysler calls the Interior Lights Defeat Feature. Check you manual.

ive tried moving the dimmer swith around and nothing
previous owner has put a extra earth wire from the switch which i have tried disconecting and then mess's all the lights up,
i tried another switch but was from a model with no fog lights just to try and still nothing.

is there a quick fix of some kind to rewire the lot???
