Intermittant Window Issue
Hello,
I just started having a problem with my 2005 T&C where when I try to put up or down the driver side window it sometimes works.
When I can get it to go up it only moves a bit at a time.
The window will not go up all at once I have to keep hitting the switch to make it go up.
I think it is a switch problem but have not totally figured it out.
I was wondering how hard is it to pull the window switches to pop out of the door panel.
It looks like the window switches are in there own little molding that I think could pop out.
I figure if I can figure out how to pop that piece out I can replace the switch on my own and if it isn't that it is time to go to the shop to get it looked at.
Any help on how this window switch piece comes out would be great.
Thanks,

I'll second the motor. They are the weak link. From reading forums for years the switches rarely fail. I say rarely instead of never only because I've read of a failed switch once while cruising Chrysler forums for years.
Get to the motor connector and using a meter check for a consistent 12vdc as you throw the switch. Voltage always come and go? Change the motor. Voltage never there? Check wire continuity and try a new switch.
Try holding the switch up and slamming the door shut at the same time as a temp fix.
