Default Jounce Bump Rubbers. (MOT Time).

Hi working under backend and feel like a Coal Miner, on his side, pick in hand, at the face. Bump stop rubbers I'll call them, well mine are, like melted and not by heat. Got one off finally today and its a chisel to get it turning to start with, then Stillies to wind it right off.
Don't see any problem on re-fitting giving a little grease on the M8 thread that holds it on. Now there's the ones to buy to consider, Jounce Bumper, 468475AC, seems to come up on fleebay and buycarparts. Costs are around £48 for pair, plus this and that.
Noticed on an American Forum, 2014, someone had fitted more resilient ones, I take it from Polyurethane bushing material, from Energy Suspension under part no 9.9155G but can't find that.
So anyone got recommendations on these thingies.
Oh and pickies of removal.

Thanks for the pics goggsy, I'll be checking mine soon, together with brake pipes, when I do a pre MOT inspection.

Think I'll settle for the Jeep Chrysler Parts ones at about £40 in black. More chance of these being real thing maybe. Loads of them on Fleebay in that yellow colour, different price's maybe but after P&P they all work out about £30-£40 for the two.
Then there's this thread size that's confusing, mine are M8 but some are M10 as they say but think they've got it wrong.
