Default Suspension bump stop help/Advice

I have noticed today that one of my suspension bump stop rubber things is half missing and would like to replace it.

How do I remove it as i can not feel no nut from the outside under the car.

Is it that i have to take the carpet up inside etc?

This is on a 1998 Grand Voyager

Please help as i have a MOT coming up in 2 weeks time and it will fail on this.

They don't bolt in. Get a jar of vaseline and have fun pushing/beating the new one in.
