Default Lazy Starter motor???

Hey everyone,

need some advise

I think i have a lazy starter motor, the reason for this is, some times it starts.. some times it wont turn over, but makes a funny noise. now i dont want to keep trying to start it in case its stripping teeth of ther the motor.

but is my train on thought correct on this. its getting power and everything is fine on the electric side of things.

or is there something else i should be looking at?

is the starter hard to replace? is there a PDF work manual on here??

thanks

Oh and when turning on full lock the car squels like a pig, but have read that this could be the fluid pot filter need replacing? cant i just take it off and clean the filter out?
