Default Leaking brake line driverside

I, had to change my brake pads and I was going to put everything back together but I saw this washler like object that goes through the brakelines it did not want to go in,I was going to put the brake line back in to the caliper but I wanted to put the washler backin thebrakeline soI could put thebrakeline back into the caliper but the washler did not want to go in now what do I do to put that washler back in, Do I need to press it in with a tool or let the dealer do it. EverytimeI press the brake pedel down the brake fluid comes out from there.
