Default Lights in 2008-2010 A/C Control Head

Does anyone know if you have to replace the A/C control head on a 2010 Town & Country to replace the lights in it? Both sides on mine are out. I've found a video on removing the instrument cluster,
, which isn't quite what I need and I found a 2012 A/C control head replacement,
, also not quite what I need. Between the two videos I think I should be able to get at the part, but I was really hoping to find out if I need just new bulbs/LEDs or if I need a whole new control head BEFORE I take everything apart.
Thanks

Also found https://dodgeforum.com/forum/dodge-c...ol-lights.html. But still no idea if I just need bulbs or a new control head.
This video shows a guy having to solder in new LEDs,
.
Not looking positive on a "simple" replacement.
