Post long term fuel trim

i have 97 plymouth voyager 3.3 fwd base model

my long term fuel trim is about %24.2 when i rev engine up it goes from 0%
what could couse this condition could that mean the injectors or
could it be a egr shaft leak

are u aware of how a fuel adaptive system works or are u just asking to ask? or is there an issue with your car?
