I have a 98 Chrysler T & C. About two months ago when it started getting cold the left blinker and hazards would only work intermitently. The right blinker was fine. I checked the fuse panel under the hood and its all good. I pulled out the multi function unit...took it all apart...cleaned it and reassembled it and reinstalled it. Now the left blinker works great and the hazards work intermitantly. I went to a pick n pull and bought a used multi function unit...plugged it in and the wipers could not be turned off. I exchanged it for another one and had the same outcome...but the hazards worked fine on both those units. Could I have a flasher module or relay problem? Also, I do have trailer wiring hooked up.
