Default Need help with p0420

So my wife's 2006 town and Country is reading code p0420. I have a scan tool and I am trying to troubleshoot the issue but need help. I have attached screens hots but would appreciate any input to help figure out if the issue is O2 sensor and which if so or catalytic converter.

its a timing chain with gears only no tensioner or guides it cant jump a tooth.

Second The o2 sensors are doing there jobs thats why u have the 420 code.
The computer uses all 4 sensors to make the determination that the converter is not doing its job.
