first cat burned out at 65k....threw 420 code..... was replaced under warranty... changed valve seals to slow oil consumption, changed to 10w 30w... now code 420 again and this cat has now gone 217k... not bad I guess... question is what type cat should I go with ? I see some for 200 bucks and others 2000... neighbor said bypass it but I don't think it is possible is it ? thanks

 

Search P0420 fix on YouTube Workaround fix under $100 works well. Done it a few times successfully.
Depending on State Inspection procedures, may not be an acceptable did in some states.
