Default New Master Cylinder now no power booster?

Brake pedal started going almost to floor so replaced master cylinder and replaced rear brake pads at same time since they were shot. Bench bled the master cylinder and then all four wheels before replacing pads. Didn't test drive in between though, wish I had. Now brake pedal travels the way it should but seem to have lost power assist. Have to push REALLY hard for brakes to work. Don't see any loose vacuum lines or fittings. Hope I didn't miss any. Anyone have an idea? Thanks.
