Default no duct control

05 T&C 39k miles dual zone HVAC stuck on panel vent, hot or cold settings. Looked over chryslertech posts and swapped known working motor with duct control motor, still not operating. Coolant level is at max and clean, both lines to heater core are warm with engine at operating temp. Self diagnostic revealed no codes or errors, can manually operate blend mechanism with motor removed. On lower (2) motors for temperature I got 4-9 volts signal, and on upper (1) duct motor <1 volt. Also possibly unrelated the temperature has randomly swung from cool to hot w/ or w/o AC on several times in 6 months. Any thoughts or ideas appreciated since winter is almost here!

Default update

Got some time to further check van out. With center console removed and control head disassembled things appeared fine. With my fingers crossed I began reassembly. Believe it or not the controls worked again! Im leaning towards a loose connector in dash as the cause of malfunction, or dumb luck. That saved me about $90+ for a replacement control head online used or $$$ at a dealership. This is a valuable site, I hope to help others sometime, and Id like to thank chryslertech for his posts and knowledge.
