Default Circulation/Duct/Vent Blockage

I've got a 2001 Town & Country. The air/heat flow seems to be blocked from coming out the front vents. Heating or a/c is the same,it doesn't matter. If the setting is set for the flow to come out the front vents, you can hear the blower blowing air out somewhere, but it doesn't come out the vents. The defrost setting seems to work and blow out fine, but not the main vents, and possibly not thefloor vents either (tough to tell). There seems to bea clog in the ducts somewhere. Anyone heard of this before or experienced a similar thing?
Also, (and I think, unrelated) I've got the same blower motor resistor ploblem that many posters have had andintendtofix that immediately.

Default RE: Circulation/Duct/Vent Blockage

first, change the air fillter for the cabin air.

if you want to be sure, remove old filter and try the blower.
if you have good air flow, change the filter.
if nothing changes, problem is elsewhere.
