Default No exterior lights when arming/disarming system.

Hey..

I recently purchased a 2000 T&C. When I arm security system with the key fob, the horn sounds but the exterior lights do not flash briefly. The same result applies when I disarm system. Horn does not sound. The interior cabin lights turn on.

Any sugguestions/solutions as to why this is happening???

Thanks,
Steve

Yes... The infomation center will flash "ALARM SET" for 15 seconds when van is secure and then goes out. I also locked van with the fob and then tried starting it. Horn started sounding untill I unlocked w/ fob.
