2004 T&C LX, I have no instrument cluster lights. Gauges, idiot lights, odometer etc. all work fine. I've replaced the dimmer with no change. I'm thinking BCM?
I ran the diagnostic and got the following.
100.3 EATX communication fault
100.4 FCM communication fault
100.5 ORC communication fault
100.7 no description
400.1 improper powerdown detected

 

Forgot to mention I replaced all the bulbs and sockets with new, no change

 

Check your fuses...I had an 04 T&C with trailer wiring that got caught in the rear hatch latch and cut into wires, thus shorting the fuse in the fuse panel. Lost all the same functions you describe. Fixed the trailer wiring and replaced the fuse and all was well again.
