I have a 2006 Sebring convertible. The instrument cluster seems to have died. Fuse good, removed cluster and inspected the connections, seem fine. Is there programming or other procedures required or can a new cluster just be plugged in and work.

There's a website devoted to instrument cluster problems, I think it's called Mr Whizard or something close to that. They will answer questions and/or fix your cluster.
