Default No power at left side Head Light.

2003 Grand Voyager Ltd, 2.5CRD.
Was doing and noting Towbar wiring today, still to add on here. During lighting check, finds left/nearside headlight dip wasn't working. On further testing there's no voltage at lamp terminals. But right side lamp is ok.
Is this a known fault, or is it wiring related. Anyone any solution while I do my Towbar wiring.
Thanks...For the dry weather Too..

I lost power to front left headlamp, it was a wire rubbing through as it leaves the engine bay towards the light assembly, worth checking cos it's a nice easy fix.

Now thats an interesting one from Tombt as when I was under the front end last weekend routing a power wire for tow hitch I noticed a total of 2 wiring sheaths rubbing through, one on side plastic splash guard and another on metal bodywork....looks like I'll need to strip those taped together bunches of wires.
And QinteQ must get a schematic of lighting from ftb's post seeing I'm into wiring at mo...

Still need the diagram? Send me an email address to send them to via a private message.

Wires look good? No relays on your 03. All that wonderful solid state... stuff. Power comes off the Front Control Module - silver box bolted to the front of the fuse box "spade" contacts 3-4-5-6. Many have had success slightly twisting these spade contacts with a pair of needle nose pliers to make better contact. Course this is all US spec. You're Euro spec van may or may not be the same.

Rt low beam - contact 6
Rt high beam - contact 4
Lt low beam - contact 3
High beam - contact 5

Ah QinteQ, got those diagrams last year but all the pictures were blurred as were the schematics, seem to be ok this time. As to Raptor7 here's a picture of alum box on front of fuses, is this it and does it come off to see those spade connects.

Yes that's the FCM. 4 bolts and you're there. Disconnect the negative battery cable first
