Angry No power to low beam headlamp (driver sider)

2021 Voyager LXI: Driver side low beam headlamp went out so I replaced the bulb (purchased new) which also did not work. Voltage test determined there is no power to the headlamp input (and original bulb tests good). All fuses are intact, all wiring appears to be clean and intact, all the other headlamps work (low beam passenger side, high beam both sides, daytime running both sides, and orange parking both sides). From the fuse box diagram I cannot determine which relay the exterior lights run through, so have not tested that. I am stumped!! Any suggestions?
