Default no turningsignal or hazard

Hi, i have a voyager -99 and i have Check the fuse and changed the turningsignal relay. Even the turningsignal arm have i changed. Butikens still its all dead.

All other outside lights work correct? There's two fuses. Have you checked both? 10 amp fuse #12 on the junction block under the dash and 20 amp fuse #10 in the PDC under the hood.
