Default Location of hazard relay on 92 T&C?

My hazards on my 1992 Town & Country are not working. The blinkers work fine. The fuse for the hazards is also fine. When I push the hazard switch, it will temporarily make a spastic clicking, like the relay is flicking super fast, and then stops. The hazards do not light when this happens.

I have a Haynes repair manual, but it does not show the relay for my particular year, so I am trying to figure out which replay is the actual hazard relay. There is a relay box above and to the left of my fuse block under the dash. It has several relays along the left side and a large yellow relay at the bottom. The upper right two relay spaces are empty (presumably spares). Most of the other relays are identical, except the two in the upper left, which are the same as each other.

Any idea which of these is the hazard relay?
