Odd water problem on Grand Voyager 3.3
This is a odd problem, I have a 3.3 2002 Grand Voyager, and it NEVER over heats but when I look into the radiator (Take the cap off) it looks half full ! (You can see the internal fins if you look inside), it takes very little water to bring it up to the top of the cap, and it bubbles when you refill it (With the engine off).
The expansion tank is normal between min and max.
Anything to worry about or normal ?

Any brown deposits around the top of the rad? If so, you might have a similar leak to mine. Also, a good diagnostic test is to see if you have heat coming into the cabin. If you do, all OK, but if it blows cold all the time, even if the engine water temp is warm, there's most likely a leak.
New (non-Chrysler) rad cost me £280 fitted, no more problems.
