p1130 means that for some reason the presurre on the common rail is out of range. Usually it is caused by a regulator on the fuel pump (a small but expensive part) or by the injectors. However if these are damaged the problem should be reproducable.

Underlying causes can be water pollution in the fuel followed by growth of some sort of algea. If this pollution is very severe it can even lead to blockages in the fuel suction sock. When you crank the pump at the rear of the car is activated. If you have a blockage running the pump can bring air in the system which makes it even more difficult to regulate pressure. That is way a wait sometimes solves the problem.

If this is the cause symptomns should diminish when your tank has at least a 50% load and when you crank immediately and shortly as opposed to waiting between activating the pump and cranking.

If you have pollution the filter that you replaced should show it. Look for slimey matter. In the end pollution leads to damage to the sensitive parts, such as presurre regulator and injectors. In my case I had to replaces these at the end.

If the car stalls consistently in corners it might be something else. The tank has a device in it that prevents suction of air when cornering and braking. This divice looks like a plastic bottle and has a ball in it that behaves as a oneway valve. If the device does not work properly you simply run out of fuel in a corner. But then again after that the car should start properly.

There is an elaborate post on this issue somewhere on this forum. Look for "another 1130" to find it.
