Default Passenger electric window not working

passenger side window does not work, no matter if i use the switches on driver or passenger side. do i assume correctly that the engine is broke?
i found this thread: https://www.chryslerforum.com/m_10309/tm.htm

can i just follow those instructions and exchange the motor? doesnt sound too complicated...

i found this motor at autozone: http://www.autozone.com/R,APP75327/v...ductDetail.htm
