passengers electric window
Hi all
I have a 98 2litre voyager left hand drive, and the other day i went to wind the passengers window down and i heard a loud bang and the window glass slid down!!!!!!
I stripped off the panel; but i could not see how to strip out anything .
I looked at the motor and operated it and the cable that i assume pushes the window up an down seemed to be broken .
Any help please

RE: passengers electric window
Hi Al b
Thanks for reply but what do you mean by a regulator?
Is an electric regulator? As the motor works i am not sure what you mean.
Any idea where there is a picture or description
Thanks Chris

RE: passengers electric window
Hi Chris,
A regulator is a mechanism that pulls and pushes the window up and down. HERE is a link to a picture of a Chrysler van regulator 96-00
p.s. some regulators come with or without the motor. I would price out an OEM regulator. You might be pleasantly surprised with the price, or you may not. Sometimes DC surprises with very reasonable prices. If not, I would be searching out a used OEM regulator. I would steer away from aftermarket parts... quality is definately not the same.
Hope this helps.
