PCV valve

I have a PCV valve that's appears to be in my van for 165 miles . I've tried everything a this valve will not move. Any help would be appreciated .Thanks .2009 t/c 3.3 engine 165 miles thank you dDavi

Just a follow-up my pastor got the valve out for me. Way to go for pastor's everywhere .

Do you have a T&C 4.0L by chance? is that the pcv valve behind the alternator?
