Roger,

From memory there will be two connections to go direct to the battery, and two for the switch feed which if I remember correctly come from an existing headlight plug - dipped and main (no earth) these engage the relay to provide direct battery power to the new loom which in turn is plugged into the headlight bulbs.

I'll try and remember to take a look tonight just to check...

Does that help?

Steve

Hi Everybody.........Sorry for the really late feedback!!!!!!...I bought some headlight lense restorer from a guy in the states for £7,which also came with some 2000 grit wet and dry paper. After spending an hour wet sanding and polishing each headlight lense I got FANTASTIC results!!....The lenses look brand new and the light output is 3 times as good as it was.Terrific result for seven quid and a couple of hours elbow grease!!!
Many thanks for all of your help and advice....
Cheers,Roger..

Hello.......Bought the headlight restorer on ebay from a guy in the states who restores headlights professionally.Unfortunately,I dont still have a record of the transaction or the sellers details.I did just have a quick look on ebay and if you search "plastic headlight restorer" you should get a few come up.Some are dearer than others......I remember paying about £7 inc. shipping. Then just get yourself some VERY fine wet and dry paper( used 2000 grit) and have a go.Make sure you use PLENTY of water and keep the wet and dry soaked in a bucket.Once you've got the worst off, apply the polish and lots of elbow grease!!!!!

H.T.H

Default sandpaper polish with xerapol

i had same problem, grand voyager '93. the owner before me had painted with lacquer the headlights, and i had a lot of work, the lacquer was yellowed and exfoliate. first i use sandpaper grit 400, 1000, 2000, 3000, with water. after that, i polished with XERAPOL, using a polish machine, for saving the time. with speed of machine must be very careful for not strain the plexiglass. soon, i will upload some pictures before/after.
