Default Power outlet 2016 Town and Country

I have a 2016 T/C. One power outlet under the radio and in the counsole doesn't work. Neither does the usb ports on the drivers passenger side. I check fuses 5,6, and 7. I put 5 in the left and the right positions and it still doesn't work. Can anyone help me with this?

There are three fuses for the power outlets:

M6 - 20 Amp Yellow, Power Outlet #1 (ACC), Rain Sensor, Cigar Lighter (Instrument Panel or with Console Rear)

M7 - 20 Amp Yellow, Power Outlet #2 (BATT/ACC SELECT) – Center Seat or with Console Rear

M36 - 20 Amp Yellow, Power Outlet #3 (Instrument Panel or with Console Center)

You didn't mention checking fuse #M36.
