Default 2003 T and Country Cig lighter-power outlet

Pep Boys diagnosed a shorted out lighter. Good, but they want 150.00 to fix it. It can't be that hard, yes?

Went to Rock Auto......did not have/carry cig lighter.

Google shows the same universal lighter.

Kind of wanting to put a Chrysler cig lighter in instead of a cheap universal (though I am sure they are made in the same factory).......but don't want to pay dealer bloodbath prices.

3 requests:

= Can someone help me with a source for decently priced Mopar parts...like cig lighter?

= Can someone help me understand how to get a part number for any Town and country part, now especially the cig lighter?

= Can someone point me to online demo or instructions on how to access the 2 cig lighters/power outlets...removing the paneling to get to them if that's the way to do it or however it is done to replace them?

Thanks so much..........
