I have a 2007 T&C. Recently the passenger side power door would open when I pressed the button, and as soon as it was open all the way, it would start closing. I read threads on here and each morning I would open the door manually, then use the button and it worked fine. However, a few days ago, that method stopped working completely. The buttons/keys still work, it opens all the way, then automatically closes. It's under warranty and I took it in and they installed two items. Quote from the sheet says: Motor Sli 5166554-AB and Slide Dri 4894146-AA. I rang again today and I will take it in. I just thought someone on these boards might of had the same problem and could tell me how it got fixed, so I can tell the dealer!!! Thanks.

 

sounds like a latch to me not a motor or the slide they put in also the wire harness will some times have a broken wire in the loom.
