Default Power Steering Problem

After letting my power steering fluid level to go low,I lost power steering. After refilling with genuine fluid and "burping" the system I am still having intermittent loss of power steering. Other symptoms are a high pitch sound emanating from the belt (I think) which is glazed. I cannot see a leak as the pump is buried so low under the engine. It was suggested that the cause may be a hose leak, internal leak, pump failure or rack & pinion failure.
given my symptoms, which is it?

yeah ne number of them can be the prob haft to have some one look at it for a leak if u have low fluid then u have a leak some where have some one look at it and tell u whats goin on the noise can be 1 of 2 things or both the belt tensioner is a common thing to go bad and a PS pump will make that sorta noise.

Thanks Chrysler Tech,

I have replaced the tensioner along with the belt about a year ago when this noise first appeared, The noise then stopped.2 months ago the noise came back . The power steering problem is new, 3 days ago.

while the engine is running, have some one turn the wheel and add fluid... sometimes this will help trapped air come out.
