Cool problem with engine swap

I just completed an engine swap on a 2005 town and country with the 3.8. I installed a 3.8 from a 2004 town and country. The only thing I noticed different was the 2004 did not have the egr valve and the 2005 did. Once complete, I am not getting any fire. The fuel pump does kick on. I swapped the cam and crank sensors, but still no fire. I am thinking i may have to swap the ecm, but do not have the vin number from the 2004 engine. Is there a way to test the ecm, or can it be flashed without knowing the original vin??
