Beggars can't be choosers.

There are many knowlegable people that give advice on this forum for free. Many of whom work professionally as Chrysler mechanics.

Maybe you should be a bit more humble when seeking advice here?

If you search the forum you should find answers to both your questions.

The operation of the webasto cabin heater is automatic. It will operate if the following conditions are met:
1. Air Temp of less than 15 degrees C
2. Over 1/4 tank of fuel
3. Cabin heating control turned up to full (or nearly)
4. Engine running
5. Engine coolant temp below 40 degrees C (Although mine seems to come on when temp is anything below 80 degrees C)

I apologize for getting your hopes up but Webasto is new to me. All I know is they make sunroofs and heating systems by looking at their website. All I was going to say was check the Webasto website.
