Default Radio

I have a 2007 Voyager 2.8 CRD. Is there a way of wiring in an auxiliary in put for an MP3 player to the radio? I am using a transmitter device which tunes to FM but the quality and volume are not the best

Which model radio is it? Some already have auxiliary inputs on the CD Auto-changer.
Edit: there are lots of generic tutorials on YouTube showing how to add an aux input to a car radio.

It's the standard original fit with single CD, slot loaded, no autochanger
