Default Radio Times Out.

Sitting waiting in Car yet again, waist of time putting radio on unless I leave ignition on. I like BBC Radio 2 for the memorable 70's 80's.
Anyone did a bypass so radio stays on, or know the wire to power up.
Car, Grand Voyager LTD 2003 2.5 CRD.

My previous Voyager, a 2004 2.5 TD manual box, had a button near the ignition switch which had to be pressed to remove the key. On that model you could press the button in and then turn the key to an AUX position so you could keep the radio on with the ignition off. Unfortunately my 2007 2.8 auto doesn't have that capability

All cars have an accessory position. Accessed by turning the key rearward past the off position; wipers, heater, windows, radio, etc will all function but the ignition is off.

- it does or should have, it just does not have the [press] button
- if you are in the AUX position, you can't withdraw the key and leave the IGN on and leeching power

What I should have said was, NO it doesn't have a button, YES it does have an AUX position but NO, with the key in the AUX position the radio switches off after 1 minute.
