2016 Chrysler town and country limited. It’s having a weird issue with the radio unit. It has a dvd in it for the tv. The dvd plays with sound and video on the tv screen but the touch screen on the radio is black. Cant turn it on or off and the volume on the unit and on the steering wheel don’t work. But when you put it in reverse the radio screen shows the back up camera like it’s supposed to.
