Default Rapid Response Transmittal #09-039

Recently had my 2009 T&C in for service and they performed a Rapid Response Transmittal #09-039. Does any have access to the documentation for this RRT? I would like to read on what the fix is. The limited documentation I have found eludes to a thrust bearing protection.

A number of vehicles equipped with a 62TE automatic transmissions (sales code DG2)
