RB3 satnav no sound

Hi,
Trying to remember back 6 years for the solution! It hasn't displayed this problem for a long time now. I'm pretty certain I didn't replace the unit but I can't honestly remember whether the problem just went away or whether I did something that made it go away. I'm sorry I can't be more helpful.
