Default Rear brake light, blinker and upper brake light not working

On my 07 Towne and Country I noticed that the driver's side front blinker was blinking extremely fast. I checked the rear and the tail light is working fine but the brake light, blinker are not working. The upper brake light is not working either. I check all the bulbs and they are fine.

The upper brake light was not working at all and even after replacing the bulb, even though it looked fine, it is still not working.

Any ideas on what would cause this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Charley

I have a crack in my taillight and water rusted the connection. A couple times of sanding off the rust I am buying a new tail light assembly off amazon.
