There has been mention of this, but I thought I would make this a thread. I just had my rear A/C evaporator and lines replaced under Chrysler’s “extended warranty” with 0 cost to me :-)

I don’t know what years this applies to, but I have a 2006. Last year I received a letter from Chrysler indicating they would warrant the rear A/C system for 7 years, IIRC.

If you have rear air, and the system is losing refrigerant, you may want to check into this. The first sign of problems for me was excessive “sweating” of the rear system – it would leave a big puddle of water behind the right, rear wheel.

more than the usual amount of condensation; likely due to the refrigerant leak there
