Default Rear Shocks

have 181000 on my 3.8 now and it came new with tow package and those self leveler shocks... we tow a small pop up camper alot and i have noticed the van sitting lowere in rear than it used too... this trip it actually felt like the shocks bottomed out a couple times... suggestions of a better and maybe stronger shock that would sit this back up a little higher again ? i understand the oem shocks are about 250 each... maybe air shocks ? not too familiar with suspensions thanks

Yes the Nivomat shocks are rather expensive. I have that same system on my 04, at 185k miles. Mine are original and still seem to be working fine(surprise for WNY) As for sag, I would suspect worn leaf springs before the shocks if you are noticing this in an unloaded state.
