Have a 2002 Town & Country. Defrost light does go on, the mirrors heat and front defrost for wipers heats. But the rear defrost in window does not. We are getting voltage but no ohms on the connectors on the glass. Connector clips are in place. We are at a loss. What can we do? Or look at next or what we are missing?

 

If the ground at the plug is good you probably have a cracked element somewhere on the glass. Most parts stores have repair kits.
