Default Rear wiper stops in random positions.

We have a 2008 T&C Touring and since it was new the rear wiper will stop in random positions on the window when in use. I usually watch it to catch it at the proper return then quick shut it off so it looks right but I guess it's time to get it fixed. Of course the dealer has no clue without bringing it in so before I bring it down I was wondering in anyone might be familiar with this?

and I would check the relay first.
there is no way to test if it's the relay, so what you need is someone elses relay to put in your car and see if it's working properly.
