Default Rear Wiper Stuck and not working

Ok so like an absolute idiot I left the headlights on without realising and completely killed the battery. Recovery charged the battery and it started fine with no probs but now the rear wiper is stuck half way across the screen and wont work at all. The rear wash works fine and the buttons light up as normal.

Any ideas as to a simple fix or have I blown the motor?

Could be the motor on it's way out. If you do need to replace it (simple job), don't get one from Chrysler dealer without pricing it up first, then compare it to www.rockauto.com - I got mine from there and it was much cheaper, even with delivery from USA - which only took about 2 days, and it was even worth sending the old motor back by surface mail to get the deposit back.
