Default Refilling AC System

I have a 2006 Chrysler Town and Country touring. The rear evaporator was leaking. I replaced the evaporator and now I need to refill the system with freon. There was no pressure in the system when I pulled the old evaporator off. I am kinda new to refigeration systems, so just making sure I do this right. I need to hook a vacuum pump to remove any moisture that may have got in the line. Then just wondering what my pressures should be when I refill the system. TIA

U cant use pressures to fill a system because u are adding it in There is a label under the hood with he amount u need to have 2.88 lbs I think. U use a system to add it in or the cans just convert the oz to labs or which ever and get it as close as possible. IF u want it exact go to a shop let them do it.
