Default Replace '08 Spark Plugs?

Since I haven't been able to find a DIY repair manual, I was googling some info on replacing spark plugs in my '08 Town and Country and the directions said something about turning the spark plug boot a 1/2 turn right, then a 1/2 turn left to 'release the lock' on the spark plug.

What's that all about?

Thought so. Never heard it described like that. Thanks for the clarification.
