how do you replace spark plugs on 3.8 back side?

Default how do you replace spark plugs on 3.8 back side?

It is easy to get to the front 3 plugs, but how do you get to the back 3 plugs? Do I need to access these from under?

05 u can just reach around to get them the 2000 under the van or remove the intake
