Default replacing belt tensioner

I have a 1998 Town and Country 3.8 and need to replace the belt tensioner. I have never had an issue replacing one before until now with this van. I have removed the belt and the pulley from the tensioner, I located 3 bolts and removed them...I cant see or feel any other bolts. The tensioner will not come off..what am I missing...when I get stuck my dad usually helps me out but he is suffering the reactiions to chemo, so he cant ...any help would be greatly appreciated, its my only vehicle and I need to get it back on the road.. Thanks..

there is only one bolt that holds the tensioner onto the bracket and U will need to be under the van inorder to get to it from behind look at the new tensioner and U will see it.
